FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: BASIC YOUTH MONEY SKILLS

1. What is BYMS?
    A. It is the acronym for Basic Youth Money Skills.  It
        is a free copyrighted money handling course for
        youth.

2. What is WITW's mission for BYMS?  
     A. To train our youth in good stewardship practices.  

3. Who is eligible?
     A. All youth 15-19 years old. 
     B. While it is not mandatory, we would like at least
         one of his/her parents/guardians in attendance
         also.

4. Why include a parent/guardian?
    A. It makes available to them the opportunity for 24/7
        discussion and bonding.  

5. How long is the course?
    A. 8 weeks; one hour each week.

6. What does the course consist of?
    A. Instruction aided by the Bible, DVD's, CD's,
        personal testimonies, handouts, and excerpts from         life experiences.

7. Where is it held?
    A. At a location to be agreed upon; reasonable
        accessibility to all.  
    B. The location must have the necessary audio/video  
        facilities.

8. When is it held?
    A. To be agreed upon.  We have flexibility as to when
         during the year, what day of the week and the
         start time.

9. What is the cost?
    A. Free.  No charge for instruction or materials.

10. What are the instructor's qualifications?
    A. Forty plus years in the insurance industry in senior
        management and executive positions.
